As your friendly neighbourhood barbershop, we want nothing more than to create a space with good banter, great energy and solid vibes. It's important to us that you leave the shop looking good and feeling better, however to allow us to do so, we need to ensure that our team is respected and treated in the same way you would like to be treated.

By booking for a service at the shop, you agree to the below terms: 

• No swearing or or yelling inside the shop.

• Aggressive behaviour towards our team will not be tolerated, and so if you are asked to leave the shop, please do so.

• Last minute cancellation fees depend on the service and are disclosed at time of booking.

• ‘No showing’ will result in flagging your account. Future bookings maybe refused or a booking deposit maybe required.

• We ask that you arrive on time to your appointment at latest, as we may not be able to accommodate late arrivals.

  • ​If you are running late, a phone call is required to notify us so that we can do our best to make any arrangements to accomodate you. 

• Due to the nature of a barbershop, at times we maybe running late. We provide personal care to each client and corners can not be cut in any situation to catch up. We will do our best to inform you of any delays. Should you be on a tight time-line please notify us when booking and on arrival.

  • ​If we are running more than 15 minutes late to see you and you can not wait; there will be no cancellation fees.
